Terms and Conditions for the “Letter to Santa” Prize Draw Promotion
Promoter: The “Letter to Santa” prize draw (the “Promotion”) is run by Millers Homewares LTD, a UK-registered company 6-10 Westway, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1BS.
By entering this Promotion, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or under at the time of entry.
1.2. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
1.3. Employees of Millers Homewares, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, children must write a “Letter to Santa” and submit it in-store at Millers Homewares or via the provided postal address during the Promotion Period.
2.2. Only one entry per child is permitted.
2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period
3.1. The Promotion opens on 25th November 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm on 23rd December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be considered.
4. Prize
4.1. One winner will receive a £100 Ellenbray gift voucher (the “Prize”).
4.2. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Promotion closing.
5.2. The draw will be conducted by Millers Homewares or its appointed representative, and the decision is final.
6. Winner Notification
6.1. The winner’s parent or guardian will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw.
6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative winner drawn at random.
7. Prize Collection
7.1. The Prize will be sent to the winner’s address or made available for collection at Millers Homewares, as agreed with the winner’s parent or guardian.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data provided as part of the Promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at www.millershomestores.co.uk.
8.2. The Promoter will only use the data for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
9. General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.
9.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
